  No one there seemed to be in charge.
  I placed a phone order at 4:57 pm, and was told the order would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived at the store at 5:10pm and paid for the pizza, mind you it was a single pizza. I was told it would be ready in 5-7 minutes. After 20 minutes i asked about my order and was told they would Check on it. At 5:35 I asked a worker, the cashier, that i am here please make my pizza. She told me that she does not work in the kitchen and she could not help me. I said fine, someone take charge and start making things happed. A couple arrived before me and paid for the order, which was supposed to be ready at 5:20. I got my order at 5:40pm.
  At no time was I ever told the orders were behind or offered anything. The guests before me were given free salads. I don't want stuff for free, just my order when told I would be ready. Someone needs to be in charge and communications a must.
