  the only reason i give them one star is because i have to to be able to write this post. long story short TRUST EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THESE REVIEWS!!!! they are completely un organized , it took them over 6 months to pay off my gap claim , and i had to constantly be on their ass to do their job, i had to call them just to find out i was missing paperwork , when i asked them why they didn't reach out to me they said " we are a 3rd party company and we are'nt obligated to do so". they were just a NIGHTMARE ! im not sure how they still are in business

  Avoid this company. I have a $100 gap claim and I have sent them all the documents over numerous emails for the past month and half. They never respond to your email to let you know what they are missing from your claim. You have to constantly babysit them about status. They keep stating that the documents I sent are not good enough. I feel like they do this because they don’t want to pay out. Shame on you people.
