  This hospital should be ashamed of themselves. Never in my life have I been treated like I'm a bother in a hospital or any medical facility in my 33 years on this earth the Hispanic lady in the front sitting on her butt doing nothing and rolling her eyes when I speak to her should be ashamed of her self. If I were your boss you would be in a world of hurt. If you don't like your job get a different one. I say in the emergency room with blood comin out of my ear in the worst pain of my lofe and I sit in waiting room for nearly 5 hours? I literally watched several patients that came after me come and go. Next time I will drive out of my way to avoid this emergency room.

  Once upon a time this place used to be great. Now it's pretty miserable with inexcusable ER wait times, overworked (and therefore rude) staff, bad billing, and HIPPA violations. Some people here really work their butt off, and the parking and proximity for East County people are good. The rest is terrible.
  
  Edit: Docked another star. If you ever have to deal with their billing department, do not be afraid to call them nonstop. Do not wait for them to call you back. Be proactive, lest they send your account to collections despite numerous attempts to communicate with them and pay your bill. (How is it this difficult for a hospital to TAKE money?)
