  Ordered a part at the front desk, and then waited 20 minutes for someone to get it. At that point, was told that unless I knew the name of a different part on my pool, they wouldn't be able to help me. When I voiced my displeasure her that this wasn't mentioned when I first ordered the part, the store manager told me "welcome to the weekend at a pool store".
  
  Really bad customer service
