  I have been coming here for 7 years, and have had nothing but good experiences with them. The staff is friendly, and the quality of care is excellent, and most of all, they are very pain conscientious. I know some people have complained about some of the procedures they recommend, but I can vouch for the fact that they *do* have a plan for your teeth, and if you follow that plan, it does work.
  
  When I first started seeing them, my teeth were in horrible shape. I was in constant pain, and I was constantly getting 3 or 4 cavities a year. After just a year with them, I was no longer in pain, my teeth actually *felt* and *looked* healthier; and in the seven years since, I have only had one more cavity. Yes, some of the procedures can cost a bit, but they do actually work if you give them a chance.

  I gave this place one star for the young male assistant who was, kind, funny and knowledgeable. The experience would have been a complete nightmare if not for him.
  
  This started off a nice visit until the dentist, Tran, told me I needed to have a tooth pulled. She started to explain that I was too young for a missing molar and needed an implant: at a cost of $3000 a tooth, plus a night guard because I apparently grind my front teeth [$400]. [my front teeth don't even line up.]
  
  When I told her I would rather not get the night guard and could not afford an implant she began to lecture me on my poor dental heath and how I will have to pay either now or much much more later. When I stood my ground she sent me to a room where an Indian woman force fed me credit contracts with a breakdown of over $4500 in work [none covered by my insurance]. On the breakdown there was one row of high-tech treatments [including the night guard I turned down earlier]. When I asked for a new list with only the bare minimum needed, I was shredded for neglecting my health. I finally told them there was no money to give them and the dentist got up and walked out of the room.
  
  Not only was I humiliated, but disgusted by this classless staff! So, unless you're a Hilton, this is not the Dentist for you.
