  Dollar Tree Poway makes the neighborhood 99 cent only (do they sell anything besides the employees dignity, for 99 cents?) store look like a "5 & 10" store!
  Dollar Tree Employee Earl, brings laughter and a great attitude with energy which in turn, becomes quite contagious!!
  Being happy spreads (even if you are faking!) throughout the store, customers feel welcome and comfortable and happier to spend.
  5 stars for the manager who hired him!!
